@@maxwell9734 you know, the OEM mirrors are starting to grow on me. 😂 But when I start moto-camping, I was thinking about the Double-Take mirrors.

@@TBOSUMO Yep, they do give a wider Field of View! Although, hideous... 😂. I took mine off and flipped the one on the left side, (Clutch side) upside down... it works out, but if I turn sharp, like a U-turn, it hits my knee! That won't do.. 😆

@@maxwell9734 oh brother, that sounds dangerous with it hitting your knees on sharp turns! 😬consider a stealth mirror! I think you can buy one in parts for cheaper on the website instead of getting two!

Shoutout from Louisville! Glad I discovered your channel. Im a brand new rider getting ready for my msf and permit soon. I came down to two choices for my first bike drz400sm and mt-07. I am heavily leaning towards the supermoto at the moment. As someone who has no idea about bikes or vehicle mechanics in general, watching your close detailed videos gives me more confidence about getting the DRZ. It's all still very intimidating especially from what the internet says about carburetors. But I really appreciate the videos and I hope they keep on coming!

I’m in Louisville! 💪🏼. You won’t have any carb issues. If you just leave it stock, or jet it, you’ll be fine. Yamaha of Louisville has a 2023 Blue edition in stock right now. 😍. The MT07 is badass. But if you’ve never rode before, the MT07 could get you in some serious trouble if you’re not careful. The DRZ is seriously forgiving. Thanks for watching I appreciate it.

Hmm i never saw these ones before🤔. I have powermadds in the zeta xc pro armor guards and they look great but i can't see a dam thing out of those tiny convex mirrors. These seem like a better alternative than the round supermoto mirrors that go in the same under the pit location. Thanks for sharing another quality video bud👍

I have some adjustable bar end mirrors, on a couple of occasions ive rattled them loose, I should probably loctite them. Those stealths look clean!

The wider it is, the better. Just like a standard sized vehicle's, rear-view mirror.. but, it wouldn't have to be over five inches wide, and the height of 2" - 3 1/2" works best. The location on the bike is the Tricky part! 🙃

New to the Supermoto world, I must say I appreciate your great quality vids and knowledge it’s what convinced me to not pick up another GSXR Just picked up the blue 2023 DRZ and can’t wait to start my project. 🫵🏽✊🏽

@@linksgarage1985 nice! Thank you! Yeah that’s definitely my dream bike and I was finally able to get one. I recently restored and 05 RM250 and a 97 CR250 the two stroke addiction is real haha I’m in the middle of restoring an 84 cr500 last year air cooled. I will post a vid when finished 👍keep the vids coming man your DRZ is sick!

Being convex is the key. They do look good. You could maybe use the shorter stem if you flip sides so it would put the mirror more on the inside. Be interested to see how these hold up. The stock mirrors work well, they just look awful.

For sure. Work great, look hideous. I like these so far. Got about 200 miles on them. So far so good.
