Yep, I decided to test out Steam lLnk on my RG 353V for the first TIME, Let's see how it performs 😂

Thanks for showing this. I'm tentatively looking to get a retro handheld, but really want the Steam Link functionality. I paused the video multiple times and it seemed to be always on the exact same frame between both your screens. Really impressive and on WiFi too. 👍🏽

Just so you know you can use moonlight (free app/program) to stream games from your PC to your android/apple phone or tablet. Or your Chromecast. Just pair a Bluetooth controller. (I use switch pro) It works really well for me.

You really should try out Castor, Retro Game Corps did a video on it, I'm using 1 pc to stream to my Odin while STILL using my pc, it creates a VM within my Windows 10 OS to run on my Odin, it's effn great! I got an 8 core 3700x cpu and I dedicated 4 cores to the VM and it has direct access to my RTX 3060 so like.. it's so cool how I can have a dedicated virtual machine on my computer for my handheld! I don't notice ANY latency. Great video!

How’d you get this done? I’ve got mine all messed up and now cant find any of the games. Its reading from the card that boots the system instead of the card that has all the games. Any ideas?

The game on the card have nothing to do with steam. You may have a bad SD card, in that case contact the seller, thats what I would do.

How did u add steam on here I have the same exact rg353v I’m aware of the android side so I’ve been downloading stuff I downloaded steam link and steam on mines just wondering if I need to link it on my laptop in order to start playing or will I numb into issues doing it that way ?

Yes, you would need stream running on a main computer 1st

@@SWPLGAMING hey so I ended up getting a Bluetooth controller and it says it connected successfully on anbernic, but the when I push buttons on my controller it doesn't do anything on the anbernic. Do you know why??

Sure. The big one is mostly for home use and playing triple A titles such as RE Village SF 5 and games of that nature. I top of that is a full on PC a d I use it to edit my videos 🤣. I have the little ones as I am a massive retro gaming fan and these are more pocketable systems. They serve different purposes👍🏾

I have the powkiddy rgb20s and it is better emulation than this. Just received my anbernic today and I'm very disappointed of the performance

Devices like that had a good run for sure, but I'm done will all RK3326 chipsets. But to each their own I guess👍🏾

@@SWPLGAMING what's wrong with RK3326 chipsets? Tbh I don't know what are they for, I suppose anbernic's is most recent and potent 😅

@@germang3805 Nothing is wrong with them, they've just been so overused for so long and in sooo many devices, people got fed up. It's a good chipset to emulate anything ps1 and below, minus N64 and Killer Instinct 1-2 on Arcade. Really the upper limit is Atomiswave and Naomi games, Dreamcast is kind of hit or miss, but mostly miss.
