A little KZfaq suggestion.. Instead of facecam to boost ur view, I Think you better put your face on ur thumbnail instead, ofc with some different expression for each one.. That'll help tho

Sadly that is just the cringiest stuff ever, I 100% will never be the guy with the fake facial expressions on thumbnails :) Having my webcam on is no expectation of increased views. Just adding to the content.
