Cooking With Steebee: Quarantine Sausage Pasta Dish

Күн бұрынThis is my 4th cooking video. This time I'm making my "go to" sausage pasta dish.(quarantine style) One of the main ingredients I'm missing in the video is garlic. If you like garlic-add it into the sauce when you're on the final step. Also feel free to add your own favorite type of cheese to put on top of the pasta/sauce at the very end. Here are the items to make this dish(in no particular order):
1. pasta
2. pasta sauce
3. sausage
4. cheese
5. oil(i use sesame on everything-but olive oil is good also)
6. a strainer(to dump the pasta in)
7. garlic
8. pepper
9. water

Steve says the pasta could take anywhere from 20-25 minutes to cook. I was astonished, as most packages say 8-11. Then I realized Steve owns a hot plate 🤣🤣

Steebee, your sausages look pre-cooked or something like that because they are firm and cut in slices? Normal uncooked sausages are soft 🤷🏻♂️ Anyway another trick my mother used to do was do way too much pasta/noodles and throw them once they are cooked into your pan with the sauce and sausages and mix through. That will make your sausages & sauce go further and you will get a second meal out of it. Eat the first serving one night, let the remaining cool, then put that in a bowl and place in your fridge. Next night microwave the remaining with a lid on it to keep the moisture in. My mother used to call this dish ‘Sausages & Noodles’ 👍😃 Nice job Steebee!

That looks really tasty Steve! I also make this and it can also be good with sauteed zucchini, kale and basil for some greens! Also try pesto and olive oil instead of red pasta sauce if you get sick of red sauce. - Maybe dreamland is another template reality where we all go like a dream internet. And- Maybe you need to skate more because your trucks are getting infested with scorpions and worms.
