That's not all he has though, jiren can also dash cancel most of his hits making him one of the fastest and least punishable characters

Seriously though how is Jiren considered cheating? Outside of Power Rush he does tolerable damage and has some above average combos.

Exactly, also power rush is not so easy to use, you need the mediation, full ki and power rush can easily be interrupted or escaped from with any kind of evasive, if you break your oponents stamina using the limit burst can save your oponent from some of the damage, so it's a move that is not only hard to being able to perform, you need to make sure your oponent doesn't have defense or resistance left to dodge or avoid it, and also sometimes the connection can be bad and upon landing it your oponent just falls down not getting hit or some nonsense like that since the netcode of online matches has always been unstable

I've been fighting a lot of people who only pick jiren and ui goku. At first I was like "oh boy here we go again" now I'm like "it's not gonna work this time boys"

Yeah, right. After the changes on Meditation he has been way worse than what he was. "Easy does it" was my way with him, carefully trying to get the max ki and the spot for Power Rush but now I need to act a lot faster. At least the ki build up speed is faster...

1st fight: spammed X10 Kamehameha 2nd Fight: spammed Dragon Blitz 3rd fight: fought with Super Armor 4th fight: not entirely sure. Is ki stunning cheap? I always just treated it like a combo starter or something like that. Didn’t know I was playing cheap when I learned it.

Yea cause using Bardock while Step Vanishing like a fucking crazy person and Ki Blast Stunning. Plus only using chain specials like Ki blast cannon and that stun purple move.
