This equipment is uncoil the steel coil, leveling and shearing to the required size. The panel head will be feed to the leveling machine manually to shear according to the set length and finish the leveling the shear action.

I work in largely the same type of business in the US, steel slitting. This is just a cut to length line. Those coil rows were scary as hell, then the guy is climbing all over them! Very dangerous. That crane sounded like a piece of crap, very slow hoist. It might have been just for the video but there were way to many men milling about to close to the coil, in pinch points. Then the guy trying to feed the coil into the line....no gloves and open toed sandals! And of course no hard hats or safety glasses to be seen anywhere.
