chance orb can make a unique, so if you have one person spamming scours and one spamming chance you might hit the unique side area where the adorned is

Can anyone explain to me how HC streamers are fully specced/itemized into defence and somehow deal more damage than 99% of SC chars?

They deal more damage than normal players without mirrors in gear, less damage than sc players fully specd into damage.

It's a skill and game knowledge difference. Playing HC SSF and playing as a job basically means that the player is top 1%. Nothing more, nothing less. They know how to get ALL the value of ANYTHING they do, it's honestly incredible to see in action.

like if i wanted to play r, but without the rather bad restrictions (like no pantheon, only 3 ascendancy upgrades, nerfed special encounters), i could play hc ssf without using vendor to buy skillgems. i dont like how easy accessible they are in normal mode. i wonder how many gems you find during gameplay and if the more useful ones are harder to find etc @@alextompa2669

Even the idea of "support gems" was taken from D3 alpha where "runes" were droppable items that you applied to your skills to affect their behavior lol. Don't get me wrong. PoE is the superior game.. but you can't go accusing other companies for only "taking ideas" for their games lol.
