monitor depends on ur pc and ur internet if u got a good pc and good internet id still go for 144hz bc u really dont need more but if both are really great and u got the money then go for sum like a 240hz monitor

Switches is purely personal preference if you like a clicky sound go for blue switches and if you like soft switches use red switches. I personaly use the akko v3 cream yellows for more of a creamy tock sound
