I love this video and Jaja! Viewers should be aware however that the health benefits of cryotherapy and alkaline diets are not supported by modern science. They could work for you, but always check with a real doctor beforehand to make sure you don't end up doing more harm than good.

They didn't start speaking out about the harmful effects of smoking until years later. www.history.com/news/cigarette-ads-doctors-smoking-endorsement Doctors and scientists can be bought and paid off just like other working professionals. Hey steezy I love you guys and love jaja but I hate to say that some of the things Jaja is saying are not entirely true, related to nutrition. I don’t have any bad intentions with this I just don’t want misinformation spreading, but chemical in food are not necessarily bad. I mean water is considered a chemical. Another thing natural does not always mean good for you you can be balanced and healthy. And one important thing, the alkaline diet was disproven by MD Anderson in Houston the leading cancer research hospital that while the alkaline diet promotes a cleaner life style because you are avoided a lot of bad food however food you eat cannot change the pH of your blood so quickly. And having an acidic pH doesn’t raise your risk of cell mutations, the misinterpretation was that in the lab doctors used acidic pH levels to grow the cells and your body is much more complex than that. I totally agree with so many things she’s saying regarding to meditation, taking care of your body, and the level of training but I just wanted to say this to remind everyone watching this to do your own research about things and if you want to make changes to your eating habits it doesn’t hurt to consult a doctor or nutritionist and fact check things yourself so that your diet is doing what it’s supposed to do and so you don’t have any deficiencies or surpluses in you diet because it will affect your health.

I wish I could go more in depth on everything in this video, but I only had 10 minutes to fit everything from health, food, body recovery, meditation, stretching etc. so this information here is very basic. Yes food can not effect your blood from one day to another, but it effects it in the long term. That's why I do not like to use the word diet, but a lifestyle instead. It does not hurt to consult with a doctor, but also be aware of the fact that doctors usually have only couple hours of very basic nutrition in a school and they do not learn enough about it, so it really depends on which kind of doctor you are consulting with. I get my blood work done every couple months, and all my minerals and vitamins are excellent. Two of the doctors I go to are vegan too. Since the information here is so short, thats why I also mentioned that it's very important to do your own research too. In the end, every BODY is different.

I do notice more energy and less joint pain and inflammation with the whole foods I eat but I include fish, seafood, turkey and chicken to my diet. I try to not exclude any food group.

Half of the information regarding diet in this video sounded hella outdated, like the diet myths from the late 2010s. I am not wholly knowledgeable about nutrition but even I know that the body needs different types of nutrition not just vegetables and nuts. In this video carbs were demonized even though we need it as much as vegetables. The age old myth about natural, "chemical free" foods being automatically healthy was perpetuated. I can pronounce bleach, doesn't mean I should drink it. I can't pronounce the chemicals in a banana but it benefits me to eat it. Food isn't that simple. The best answer is moderation. I came here for tips on how to train and eat to become the best dancer I can be and instead I got backwards, diet crazeesque information. However I did love the tip about practicing body control while exercising. Wish there was more stuff like that.
