Fun fact most delena scenes actually came from Stelena first because of the books so Stelena basically had the rain kiss first and delena copied those scenes...

It looks like we're all in the same boat... Delena Fans don't want to accept their precious ship literally signed "The Vampire Diaries" death sentence. When Kevin Williamson was the Executive Producer & Screenwriter "The Vampire Diaries" was on a roll. He didn't give into the fans temptation he stuck to a storyline that worked. "The Birthday" (3x01) was the last time Kevin wrote for the show. He didn't do a single episode commentary when "Season 3" was released on Blu-Ray & DVD. How I know? I have "Season 3" on Blu-Ray. That was my last TVD Blu-Ray purchase. Entertainment Weekly frequently listed "The Vampire Diaries" on their "Must Watch" list. I haven't seen that since the end of "Season 3". Julie Plec & Caroline Dries ruined the show by turning it into a pile of ships. If Kevin stayed on as the Executive Producer & Screenwriter Nina would have renewed her contract.

Well i have accounts on my instagram that always post spoilers they have posted things that they knew and they actually happened. Its a leaked script. There is delena and stelena accounts that both posted delena get back together at the end of this season 5, But elena get back together in season 6 because damon and elena break up. Its all completly true these accounts know everything.. Im so happy

Indeed Stelena are Endgame but sadly Julie P loves Ian and her precious Delena to much so she will make delena end up together even if they feel so forced and have no chem together, I mean just look at Paul and Nina together they have this chem that ian and her will never have its full of heat, & passion.so i really hope that Stelana will have their happy ending together and NOT Delena.

darkasthesky DE rain kiss, motel scene, first time etc.......Were far more passionate than SE.....DE won best chemistry awards....Not SE....DE had build up for 6 seasons before getting their endgame....How exactly were they forced? You SE fans sure are bitter and delusional. Forced is kissing in the 2nd episode of the first season while having sex in the 10th.....When Stefan and Elena got together...Elena didn't know everything about him and vice versa....Whereas with Damon she knew the good and the bad and they didn't have sex until the 4th season....Which means they had 3 SEASONS of development before sleeping together.

Hazel Amarie Delena had sex a freakin day after Stefan and Elena broke up. I don't care how much development they had-that's more messed up by far. I honestly thought that Delena was much more cliche and boring than stelena-it was the good girl falling for the bad boy for christ's sake. I actually did love their relationship in the first couple seasons and you could clearly see the tension and chemistry they had, but when they actually got together, it fell completely flat. Their relationship was a constant "I shouldn't be with you but I love you," followed by arguing and sex which just got externally irritating. The whole foundation and core of the show had just fell apart and all the show focussed on was Delena Delena Delena and kissing Damon's ass making him seem like the better brother. Stelena had moments that were so much more emotional, powerful, and unique. It was a relationship that was simple on the outside yet so complex on the inside which is why I think a lot of people find them "boring." Yea Stelena was about a boy and a girl meeting on the first episode and falling in love, but it is and was so much more than that and their relationship only grew stronger as the seasons went by. I personally think Nina and Paul have the best chemistry hands down whether it's Stefan and Elena or Stefan and Katherine. Just because Damon and Elena make out every 5 seconds, doesn't prove they have chemistry. Stefan and Elena share a connection that is so deep within themselves and you can see that just by the way they look into each other's eyes. In 3x20, Elena had just lost Alaric and felt like she had nothing anymore. She had no one to take care of her anymore, no happiness, and no hope left inside of her. Stefan then takes her out to the gym and tells her that's it's okay to feel, that her emotions are what makes her human, and to never lose hope. This conversation between them was so honest and pure, and it came straight from the heart. It was the right time, the right place, and the right words, and it's exactly what stelena embodies. Damon and Elena never I repeat NEVER had a scene like this. Stelena was built on trust and honesty. Their relationship was strong, pure, had morals and values, was filled with sacrifices and had so much selflessness than any other couple on the show.Delena is "hot" and intense but when you look into it there is no honestly and pureness to it. They say big speeches and then have breakup sex. They are so pathetic when they aren't with one another 24/7 and it's clearly a codependent unhealthy relationship. I definitely think delena should have happened for the plot, but in the end, elena should be with the person that makes her feel at home, and that was Stefan.
