I swear that app is so outrageously underrated. Get every single game for every sport, tons of everything else and unlimited recording, it's crazy.

OP was correct. Nick made two references: one was to Saffold being one of the best OL members. The other reference to the OL was when he mentioned the Bills losing their best backup tackle for the year to injury (Tommy Doyle). That was who Nick was referencing as their best backup. He definitely said “They lose one of their best offensive lineman, Saffold, to free agency”. It’s all right there in the video.

Yep, he said saffold was one of their best olinemen (he wasn’t) and lost their top backup tackle (he wasn’t). He conveniently didn’t mention that we picked up Connor McGovern to replace saffold (upgrade), drafted Torrence (upgrade) or signed Floyd on the dline (upgrade). He cherry picks what info he wants to say.

@@crustybs46 When you are the #1 turnover machine, then interceptions and fumbles are a problem. When your red zone interception rate ranks you in the bottom third, yes it is a problem. You can throw for 5000 yards and 30 touchdowns all you want, but if it also comes with 30 picks, you get replaced.

A think we all can agree that this was a fluke and will probably settle somewhere in the middle. No one seems to remember that the Bills had the craziest 2022 season in all of NFL. That they got to the playoffs in spite of the injuries, the weather, the Damar situation. That was a way forward in my opinion. They need to perform well in 2023. No doubt. The ketchup and mustard left a rabid impact on Nick and it is funny to see how he can manufacture negativity with the Bills even when there is none. Nick on the Bills is just comedy now!

Some of yall get so angry at Nick's Bills takes instead of focusing the anger on the organization that continues to let its fans down. When he was on AM radio in KC more than a decade ago, he ripped the Chiefs much harder than he rips anybody else today. Everyday, 2 hours dedicated to smartly and statistically destroying Todd Haley and the front office and the bad QBs and the bad skill players and the bad losses, etc. If the Bills actually won something, believe me, he would move on to someone else. The fact is that he is 💯 with his frustration on why the Bills keep getting treated like an elite team without actually being elite. Or why Josh Allen has 5 total MVP votes in 3 years and is on the cover of Madden somehow. Said the bills would lose the division race in 2021. Predicted Buffalo to win like 11 games in 2022.. they won 13. Said on his podcast that Justin Herbert and Lamar Jackson were more deserving to represent the AFC as a pro Bowl quarterback in 2022… then immediately dropped that argument when confronted on the very next FSF!

It is a bias BUT they bills have failed to shut him up by actually winning the Superbowl like a lot of fans and media had them doing for the past few years. You can't have playoff flame outs and get mad when you get trolled for it. Win and the hate ends. But we're gonna another great regular season followed by at least one playoff win and then another playoff flame out before the conference title game. And then the cycle starts again. They don’t have enough on the defensive line, good players but not great besides von who gets injured quite a bit. Just lost edmunds who will be a huge hit. If the bills are going to win this year it has to be through josh and the receivers. Their oline is not very good in run blocking that’s why I think they don’t run as much as they should.

3 years ago: team was still young, not quite ready 2 years ago: choke job by the now fired coaching staff + unlucky coin toss last year: 10+ injured starters on the roster derailed the team's production on both offense and defense You guys said the same thing about Jokic and the Nuggets the past few years. Finally things fell into place for the team and they destroyed every single opponent in the playoffs and won it all. That could totally be the Bills this year

Bru talking about scoffing at Dak being on or near the same level as Allen is funny because they're not that dissimilar career wise. One just plays with most talked about fan base and the other plays for the media darlings like their still underdogs(and Allen is really the great white hope in the face of an era of Hurts, Lamar and Patrick).

I would say Nick goes SLIGHTLY overboard with Allen. I'd say he is great, borderline elite. He is basically everything people thought Mahomes' best case scenario was, i.e. the current day equivalent of Brett Favre. Amazing arm, tough runner (Allen obviously evem better runner) but a penchant to make big errors at the worst times. Plus, even with all that arm talent, his throws go awry a little more often than you'd expect. Some year, he is going to put together another playoff run like 2021 and probably turn it into a ring. But, like Favre, I think he ends up falling short too often due to inconsistency. Still on a Hall of Fame trajectory.

I love nick but honestly his Josh take is bad. If Josh went to the chiefs he would be doing what MAhomes is doing maybe better. More credit needs ot be given to ANDY REID. IMHO he is the GOAT head coach at least for offense. Bill can have D.

That's exactly why Allen gets hate, this constant comparison to Mahomes despite never having a better season or beating Mahomes when it counts. He''s not as accurate in the pocket or out, he's not as clutch, he throws more picks and less touchdowns. Mahomes has only played bad in like 3/14 playoff games while Allen has only played great in 3/8 playoff games.
