forcing yourself to watch steins gate is a good idea. just relax and watch its a solid show, out of all the top anime, it seems to get the least criticism. some people say its slow in the begining, i thought it was really good in the beginning then got great/amazing as it went on. the dub and sub are very different. both are great. most of the time you can trust the ratings, this show is no exception

Well there are actually 4 Steins;Gate openings in the anime, 2 versions of the original "Steins;Gate" and for "Steins;Gate 0" there is the winter version and the summer version. ^^

If you think "Steins;Gate" is interesting, you should play the game version. There are many stories with various characters that were not depicted in the anime. However, it is only available in Japanese, but not in English.
