Would rather have the black dress, along with the leotard. There's definitely gonna be coomer outfits in the game already, but 2Bs dress is too cool looking to cut out the dress, and only bring over the leotard. Unless they give you the option to choose between the dress, and the leotard. Because they are already having a leotard outfit in the game which is the bunny suit💀 Hoping for the dress + the visors the YoRha wear!

I think that article is rife with errors. For one she is out in space. Last I checked humans can't breathe and survive in space. She would be dead in seconds. Unless they reveal she was engineered to survive. The game is getting closer, and I still have Rebirth to tie me over so can't wait for this game.

It's okay some games are not always going to be for everyone, however I can't wait to play this, I'm pumped! 👍

Well from the looks of it stellar blade is soft copying automatas basic premise and story. So I guess in a sense this game is "But we have NieR:Automata at home." Not to put it down for that or anything, I'm more excited for this game than any other game this year. I'm also hoping this game marks the beginning of the NieR-like genre (like the souls-like genre). Since this is the first NieR inspired game, it very well could be the beginning of a new sub genre. Extremely high doubts that it's story will even approach being in the same league as automatas. But they seem to be nailing every other aspect almost. The ost is reportedly around 100 tracks, 60% being done in-house, 40% being done by Keichii okabe/MONACA. So 40 Okabe/MONACA songs, and 60 studio original songs. It's gonna be a biiiiig soundtrack. Probably not dynamic like automatas but hey who can complain about a 100 track ost composed partially by the greatest video game composer ever.

The blink is likely her teleport ability and the repulse is likely a parry. Also, Kim confirmed that Eve is the Stellar Blade, not her weapon, so this is just bad research on Game Informer's part.

About Tachy, there are glimpses of her, being an enemy, likely later in the game, specially on the first Project Eve trailer, that came like 2 years ago and where we see her suiting up for combat, on that same trailer, we see eve battling a creature, with black wings, so if you slow down that part of the trailer, you will see Tachy's curved blade, as well as the armor suit she is wearing, so yeah, she is a boss we must defeat. Another detail, during that last sequence is that Eve sais "why are you here?", making me thing that Eve likely had thought that Tachy has been long dead, ever since their descent to Earth. Also, on the last trailer, we get to see a black winged figure, jumping off the area where the old man sits and then there is Eve saying "I will find it and I will make it pay", in a heavy tone, like she is angry at something, which makes me believe that Tachy kills the old man and, if that is true, we are in for a good ride, I can't simply wait another month 😢

it's because Xbox fanboys have this belief that since MS has so many Studios, a 1st Party game holds most weight. They even call ShiftUp "sell outs" when reality is Project EVE was started in 2017 somewhere. Microsoft had plenty of time to pull their usual crap of buy the dev out whilst Sony are making a deal. They didn't care. Sony put up the funding to save Project EVE and here it is- Stellar Blade. Kim even said his reasoning for making it PS5 exclusive wasn't just his love of the platform but how genuine and helpful Sony were throughout the development cycle. PC Master Race fanboys are begging for Eve to grace them since Xbox give Day and Date to them so Sony should.... We see those vowing never to preorder, are preordering Stellar Blade xD it's bonkers. We're also getting Xian Xing or something, Gundam Breaker 4 and A.I. Limit all this year with Xian and GB4 getting physical releases too. Xbox's Partner Preview has been revealed by eagle-eyed players to be mostly multiplat so more for us too. PS5 had a slow start but oh is she purring away now

Considering the down option on the D-Pad and the drone's shots share icons and resource, Down is probably "Change ammunition type" rather than "Use Item" like you thought with the grenade icon.

Pre-ordered the game! Although we can't craft weapons I hope we get to use Tachy's blade. In the 1st scene of 1st announcement trailer (announced as "Project Eve") Eve briefly uses Tachy's blade to down stab. It was a cinematic scene, but one could hope. I also think Tachy will be ally turned enemy. Just a guess. For future DLC, Rapi or Black Shadow Scarlet costume would be nice. Story expansion DLC that expands on the lore or epilogue or prologue would be awesome. Like what happens to Adam and Eve or backstory of Eve 06 (not Eve 07). A Nier collab will be cool too with 2B and A2 costume! Sky is the limit!

I don't mind a sword being the unchangeable main except the gun, but to be able to change the look of the blade with some differences in stats between each would be nice and would help with variety and help not get stale.

The ranged weapon is literally Shiftup’s take on how the pods A,B and C in Automata would function in better graphics. Exactly the same moves. Really can see their love for Automata’s inspiration here

It’s not gonna be anyone else other than Marian or Rapi. The main trio. They might dip into popular pilgrims like scarlet or something but that’s only if this game goes huge. Otherwise, it’ll be those two and I one else. Hopefully they use some of that money to start voicing everything and giving each event its own animated cutscenes

I'm all for purely cosmestic costumes. In Hogwarts Legacy I wore what I thought looked nice, but that game also had the benefit of being able to change your looks to any piece of clothing you had ever owned, regardless of what you were actually wearing.

Glamours in FF14, transmogrifications aka transmogs in pretty much any Blizzard game... it's not just Hogwarts that had that idea most MMOs had something vaguely similar so far back as Guild Wars 1 where you could put on a costume and choose to display it or the actual item appearance

Honestly I think it be smart to have a planned dlc, but wait till a month or two after game launch and find and see if there's a reason to make a dlc. If the games is being bought and flying off the shelves cause the game's great then yea get a dlc for the game but if it doesn't sell good enough, and people are starting to leave shortly after it's probably a good idea to just move to the next project.

preorder is available, release is April 26th. Since only Sony cared to fund it and were so helpful throughout development, ShiftUp have never announced any version other than PS5. As Project EVE back in 2017/2019 it was for Xbox One and PS4 but after Sony were the lone funders, the Xbox version is dead and it never was intended for PC.
