I guess you mean "multipotent" when you are talking about Myeloid cells at 2:39 and not "pluripotent"? Also, aren't hematopoietic stem cells consider multipotent (not pluripotent) due to their inability to differentiate into any of the other germ cell layers? My understanding is that pluripotent cells can differentiate into any of the three germ cell layers, multipotent cells have the ability to differentiate into discrete cell types (hematopoietic stem cells), oligopotent stem cells (myeloid or lymphoid progenitor cells) into a much smaller amount and unipotent into a single cell type. (sources: the article references on wikipedia page about cell potency)

And totipotent cells are, for example, morula cells that can also differentiate into placenta tissue, while pluripotent cells cannot.

Technically ICM cells are Pluripotent Totipotent cells are only available in the Human Species up to day four after fertilization

That is exactly what I thought! Isn't pluripotent cell can be differentiated into all three germ layers of cell (but not a complete organism) and totipotent cell can be differentiated into all kind of cells?

Stomach is both endocrine and exocrine! It makes all kinds of stuff like HCl and dumps them into the blood, but I can't remember the name of the hormone :(( (it was 3 years ago 😂 forgive me)
