Julia Azrina I think Jon did it for Jordan because Jordan was going through some rough times with an injured foot that needed surgery and stuff. I noticed the closer to August it got that year the more they all stepped up to carry some of the stress Jordan bears. Like they would all sing the lead on step by step towards the end. You can tell Jon did it for Jordan because of how he reacted when Jordan came up to him.

I'm so beyond proud of him and it definitely made me cry happy tears when the rest of the guys ran and hugged him and it made me cry even more when Jordan told him how proud he was of him

It makes me tear up everytime I watch this. I have anxiety, panic disorder and OCD. Jonathan is amazing for getting out there and doing this!

Awwwww Joooon! that really touched my heart, how after he was done everyone ran and hugged him! I love how Jordan grabbed his face and.. ugh. I've been a fan for roughly a month now (although I always knew about them) but I've gotten to know a lot about them and about Jon's struggle with anxiety and this was just so touching to me! Go Jon!

I really don't know what I love more from this video: Jon singing Step 5 or the rest of the guys' supportive reaction. Ilovemusic19582 I love how he waited to go up to Jon until he could actually get to him to hug him. I bet backstage Jordan got to congratulate his brother more. You can tell Jordan wanted to have that celebration time with just Jon. He's always been so proud of Jon when he sings solo parts live.

Yes that is right, Jordan sings lead on Step By Step but all 5 guys each sing a "step" and Jon sings Step 5, which he can't always do because of his anxiety.

OH. MY. GOD. I was there and I thought it was adorable that they all jumped on Jon but I wasn't able to hear them sing their steps because everyone around me was screaming so I didn't realize what was going on. DAMN! Thanks for posting!

I think the cutest part of this is that Jon can barely sing the part for seeing Joe running toward him out of the corner of his eye. He's singing, but he's also bracing himself for the guys coming at him!

I can't stop watching it! It makes me smile everytime I see it! I almost had tears in my eyes when I heard him sang. Jon has such a beautiful voice! Great job singing step 5, baby! And that was sweet that the guys jumped into his arms in victorious joy! They're so proud of him and so are we!

Metal Gore He was never in the closet for as long as the group has been together. He just didn't go out of his way to make it public. Then of course the tabloids found out and tried to make something of it.

Charles Kaercher, I’ve seen interviews from the earlier days of NKOTB when Jon was specifically asked various questions about girls & dating. He always went wit the flow of the interviewers questions leading everyone to believe he was straight. Granted, he had every right to tell as much or as little about his personal life as he wanted. So I’m not saying he was obligated in anyway to “announce” he’s gay. In fact, no one should feel they HAVE To announce anything about their sexuality. He has lived his life openly for a long time, but wasn’t quite “out” the entire time the group was together.

I know he suffers from anxiety and panic attacks and I can relate. But I wish he knew that his fans supported him 100% and we are just appreciative that he still performs and gives it his all. Nobody is critical and he's an amazing performer, singer, and dancer. We just want to see him on stage! Keep doing you Johnathon!

Honestly this video was so touching. You can really tell how much they love each other! I guess I didn't realize how Paralyzing his fear was until this moment. They have all sacrafised so much to give us fans these moments and I am truly greatful! I know when ever I see their twitts or a new video I smile from ear to ear! LOVE IT!

I love bed it! He is working through his fears and I understand it in so many ways. I have suffered with stress related disorders severe depression crippling anxiety as far as I can remember and the thought of getting up in front of a few people and he does 100,000's of thousands of people? WOW. I have a son who suffers from everything as I do and he is also different from whom some in society find out of the norm. Love is unconditional to me and everyone deserves to be happy and loved no matter what. Jon you rock and so do the other NKOTB. I will continue to listen support and love you all.

I watch this all the time and every time it makes me cry. Jonathan just breaks my heart. I love that they truly care and understand each other and how happy they are with him. It truly show their compassion and their character.They also do charity work. LOVE , LOVE LOVE them.

Jon is my hero. I dealt with panic attacks for a while and tried to hide it/deny it. I saw an interview he did and that is what gave me the guts to seek treatment and get better. I haven't had a panic attack in over three years. Thank you Jon! You saved my life!

It warmed my heart when Jon sang his part ..(I cried a little!) and they all got so happy and Jordan told him he was proud of him! It's so nice to see Jon look so happy and it's beautiful how they are like a family. That's the the bond that has held them together for all these years. They're not just a boy band, they are like an actual family. They love and support eachother and love what they do! My love grows more and more for them over time!! Aww!that is 2 cute.i have 2 admit i never noticed that jon didn't sing step 5 when i saw them in january but i'm very proud of him+the way he's overcome his anxiety/panic attacks.i told him in january when i met them that he inspires me [as i've also suffered with panic attacks in the past+still suffer from anxiety]i think he's amazing!

My favoretie part about the New Kids it that every show is so intimate, even when there are thousands of people. They show their true colors. I watch this over and over and over again. Thanks Jon for a beautiful moment.
