Mashallah perfect...do we not need to apply base before composite?
@restorativedepartmentbue78914 жыл бұрын
Fahim Ahmad No need to apply base before composite except in very deep cavities in which we are approaching the pulp we apply Theracal. And also in case of partial caries removal we apply resin modified glass ionomer

hoka bazoka Thank a lot dear in case of deep caries under certain circumstances we can leave the last carious dentin layer and then apply RMGI as a base increment before resin composite to allow internal remineralization for the carious layer left

what is the name of the brand of this composite to get this consistency ? or can i achieve this consistency with any type of comp if i do something ?
@restorativedepartmentbue78912 жыл бұрын
Ceram X spheretec / Dentsply Sure the type of resin composite affects greatly its applicability. However, you can do some tips like Keep the unit light away as much as you can Tapping motion on the composite while you apply it. Use suitable sized applicator.

@@restorativedepartmentbue7891 Thank u for answer . Q/ can I use bulk fill composite in dentine layer just , to avoid polymarization shrinkage and then use nanohybride composite in enamel layer
@restorativedepartmentbue78913 жыл бұрын
@@zoldik45 yes you can and draw a map on it to determine the extension of each cusp to be reproduced in the final nano composite layer
