In this video we show you the step by step simulation of DC-DC converter using MATLAB Simulink. First we begin by designing our system and calculating the Duty Cycle and Capacitance Values. Then we simulate the circuit on Matlab/Simulink for a 24 V input and 48 V output system.

how the transformer is used as coupled inductor.?? you have added the diode in the dot side..

can you check the primary and secondary current waveform. they are not as expected

I think you have not connected diode properly. You need to follow dot convention. Please verify simulation by changing duty and observing output voltage. Your diode is always on because of dot convention.

I have same question. After satisfying dot convection output is not proper. what is the behind that ? Please clarify.

switch the transformer output. use upperline as lowerline and lowerline as upperline. you dont neccessarily need matlab to fix it. you can just swich them

MY question: Vin=24v, V0=4000V and IL=9mA. can i use flyback converter?? or i should go for Full bridge converter?

your matlab ciruit is false, the transformer polars are connected in wrong way. flyback converters dont function that way. flyback converters first charge their Lm inducatance , once swith is oof, the Lm inductance switches its polarity and causes the diode to turn on, this way the Lm inductor discharges through output. then in the next cycle it charges again when switch is on. so tranformer Lm is an important design parameter.
