Sa lahat ng nag comment dito, pasensya na at hindi ko kayo masagot dahil hindi ko din po alam ano isasagot ko sa inyo. Iba iba po kasi tayo ng experience sa pag register sa ORUS at iba din yung business natin. Itong video na ito ay ginawa ko lamang baka sakaling may mangangailan ng info na ito. Dahil ako nung una hindi ko din alam kung paano. Nung wala yung button na "register book of accounts" ang ginawa ko ay nag email ako sa BIR National office. Tapos the next day meron na siyang button hindi ko alam kung dahil ba yun sa pag email ko or sa system talaga nila ang may problema. Dun naman sa nag ask kung ano ang e upload - pinicture-ran ko lang ang books yung front lang yung may nakalagay na example "ledger" at inupload ko. Please ask yung RDO po kung mayroon bumabagabag sa inyo. Email your RDO responsive naman sila.

Good day po! May penalty po ba kapag hindi nakapagpa-stamp ng bagong columnar? Naubos po kasi nung December ang pages ng columnar namin at hindi na naasikaso after. Hindi naman po kami business, para lang po yun sa HOA dues.

Hello maam. Yung sa akin is yung book cover talaga na may nakasulat na 'valiant' tapos sa baba 'ledger notebook' ganun. Hehe tinanggap naman. Baka gusto lang din nila tingnan na nakabili kana talaga ng books.

Hi po. Ang alam ko po at pwede pa gamitin yung natirang pages sa books pero before sulatan patatakan lang ulit. Hindi ko alam yung sa sobrang books na na register. Baka patatakan din ulit. Ask po tayo sa mga professionals.

Hello po. About ba to sa walang button yung register of books? Nung wala uung button nag email ako then after 4 days nag reply sila. Sabi hahanapin ko daw dun sa left side ganun. Nung nag log in ako nandun na yung button. Tapos nung walang qr na na generate. Nag register ulit ako.

Hi po. Yunh subject ko ata dun is No Buttons for Register of book of accounts. Tapos sabi ko lang nag create ako ng account sa orus tapos walang button for registration of books kay di ko ma register. Ganun lang. Tapos the next day may button na siya natuwa din ako na meron na.

Applicable lang po ba to sa mga book na binili outside BIR? Nung ngpa register ako ng business ko last month binigyan nako ng books and may stamp na sya, need ko pa rin ba syang iregister online kahit may stamp na? Or this will be applicable for the next years na lang?

No need to register sa ORUS kung may stamp na ang books mo.

Hello po. Kapag sa ORUS ka dumaan kung first time mo mag register sa BIR dun din daw sa ORUS makukuha yung COR. Yung sa akin kasi nag online registration ako. Online din magbayad ng registration fee na 500. Pero iba yung link na ginamit ko nung nag register ako hindi sa ORUS. Bali late na akong nag ORUS. Ang sabi sa akin nag RDO sa ORUS ko daw e download ang COR pero ilang check ako sa ORUS wala naman dun. So ang ginawa ko pinuntahan ko nalang ang RDO at dun ko kinuha ang COR. Kung first time mo talaga mabuting sa ORUS nalang na link dumaan. Create ka ng account sa ORUS. Tapos nandun din yung step paano mag register.

Much like manual books, Loose-leaf accounts are printed ledgers. The only difference is that recorded transactions in loose-leaf books are being entered in a spreadsheet, and are printed out based on an approved format. (from google). If loose leaf gagamitin need mo pa mag apply ng permit to use sa BIR. Sa manual naman bibili ka ng book of accounts sa national bookstore din papatakan mo sa BIR din pwede na magamit or register your book of accounts online then may mareceive kang qr stamp gaya ng ginawa ko din paste sa books mo din pwede na magamit. -new business registration po ako last year.

Sa akin pinuntahan ko sa BIR yung sa akin. At first ang sabi mag reflect daw sa ORUS ko sa kahintay wala talaga dun kaya pumunta na ako sa aming RDO.

Iba iba ang email add ng bawat RDO po. Anong RDO mo? Pero pag national BIR po. Di ko alam if tama ang term na national. Hehe You can email them sa contact_us@bir.gov.ph
