I've heard reviews about this item. That it was kind of floppy. I bought one on Facebook Marketplace for $60 canadian. It was missing half of the back panel. So I took some scrap 1/4 inch wood paneling that I had and used several pieces as the replacement back panel. It was much sturdier afterwards. 😊

thanks for the video..mine is a little different than yours even though it is the same unit. one thing i did is mark on the directions sheet, the left and right across all the pages for the sides..this helps as you go thru the assembly

Thanks for the video, but this one you're building is a older model. The roller brackets are now white, as of 4/2024. The roller brackets also have a built-in safety feature so that you can only open one big drawer at a time.

Yeah we noticed IKEA changed the Hemnes and Malm series so far. We'll put out the updated assembly tutorials of the Hemnes series around the beginning of May

It seems that the "Greek" version of the Hemnes 6 Drawer has not the same parts and the only way i could discover that scam is because of your video!

I’ve used a tutorial form this creator before but I hate how they don’t show screwing them in. IKEA screws are the worst. After one try they strip so easy and I was going to easy. I wonder how much trouble he had but it’s not shown
