Watch step by step how I´m doing notches for the Log Cabin build. This is a very old Scandinavian Notch. In Sweden it´s called a "Dalcarlian Notch" It´s designed this way to make the logs squeeze against each other and therefore make a tight notch. In addition to this I will make a groove later to fill with isolation. This might seem time consuming and overly complicated, but the idea is that this cabin will be around for hundreds or even a thousand years. So it might be worth the trouble to make it this way.
