It was a really helpful video and I have recieved my APS. One important thing which he missed and for anyone wondering, you do not need to send original documents, but colored photocopies of the documents (a good quality print is recommended). Also, you can attach digilocker printed documents for a smoother process (as I have sent and got verified within a period of 20 days). I personally did not gave any professor's email but it is advisable to propose one for verification of documents, in case you do not have digilocker versions.

APS certificate ke liye par time se apply kar dena usmai time lagta he or English Badiya krke IELTS mai Kam se Kam 6.5 Lekar aanaa , German sikhna optional he par accha rahega sikhlo toh. I am confused as to when should I start the APS process after I am done with my IELTS exam. Since summer sem starts from April, when you should I actually start my process for application ? I got my APS certificate in just 26 days I applied on 16th May 2024 and my documents were received by the APS office on 21st May 2024. I got a verification call on 12th June 2024 around 10.30 am. Next day on 13th June, I received my certificate at 10.35 am but the name was wrong , so I immediately forwarded the same mail to APS and explained my query in it. 2 minutes after sending the mail, I got their reply saying that they will check it and send the certificate tomorrow. Next day on 14th June 2024 at 10.30 am they sent my new certificate with the correct name.

You do not have to send any original documents to aps. It is specifically mentioned in the faq's. You just need to send them coloured photocopies of originals & make sure you take photocopies of both sides.

Thank you! I have a question. Would you know if APS mentions all the college education on the APS certificate? So, I have a BA, and then an MA and PGD through correspondence. So, if I send all these to APS, would they mention all these on the certificate or just the most recent. I am sorry to ask this here but I am not getting any help in any other forum.

Hey bharat. A quick question. I have APS certificate containing my 5th sem scores. Its also mentioned in the APS that I have only completed 5 semesters. Will the "5th sem thing" cause any problem during the visa process? If yes how to update it. P.S. APS is unpractical and most inefficient verification form ...they have mailed me 3 times that my professor is not replying ....but we have personally checked the email ...its not received ..not in thrash or any other way ..i am stuck at this process ..i cant even contact them...because they threaten to cancel the process
