I have a quick question, do people buy these homes mostly cash, or put a big deposit and pay a small amount month or do they just finance these properties from the start ? I want to know what's the best option

Thanks for stopping by. “These homes” - I assume given your comment is on a R5mil home post that it’s for similar priced homes? Majority of these will be bank financing with 10-20% cash downpayment.

@@LuxuryHomesJohannesburg Thanks a lot, yes I referred to this house, but also in general for a R5mil - R10mil home. So the best option for a home in this budget is a 10-20% cash down payment and monthly installments afterwards ? I appreciate your response

found out that I would not have to moveany kid out! Apparently the fourth bedroom is an option over the garage. So money first and we will see. It is quite interesting that the owner is also trying to sell the property at 200 k less. How as an estate agent would you feel

If I get sufficient funds I have another house in Copperleaf same price 4 beds 4 garages and overlooking the nature reserve which has better value and less mess.
