In our text today, the Lord had directed Jacob to go to Egypt with his entire household. Despite Jacob's initial hesitation to leave Canaan, God's reassuring words echoed in his heart, promising his prosperity in following the Almighty's command to go to Egypt, where he would blossom and prosper. Since God has spoken to you and is leading you, step out in faith; everything will be alright.
