Vaquer's Hurricanrana into roll-up at 2:50 looked nice. She seems to have a good grasp of in-ring psychology (3:50). She knows she's worth a million dollars and looks and acts the part. Hope she learns English as quickly as possible and she's gonna be in the main roster quickly.

I think WWE didn't realize just how green Jade was at first. This is a great debut, imo for Stephanie. Plus, it helps to acclimate to the WWE style earlier. I don't think the original plan was to have Jade in a tag team. But then it became very obvious she wasn't ready yet

They immediately got her performing in front of Mexico while they had the chance. They got her on camera on their official Twitter. This was like maybe 48 hours between announcing she got signed to performing in the ring? That's fast. All Jade had to do for a couple of months was stand backstage and tease interactions with Four Horsewomen/Damage Ctrl. I would much rather have Steph working with the roster right away and build her up as a big deal. I feel like they will do the same thing for Giulia in the Japan SuperShow in less than 2 weeks.

shes going to nxt for multiple reasons; she needs to get used to the US and there is no easier place to do that than nxt; she needs to establish her character in front of the american audience and that is easier to do on nxt; lastly being on nxt gives her the chance to either develop as a promo or to find her the proper mouthpiece to eventually get her over and keep her over on the main roster. her time on nxt doesnt need to be super long, but it is needed.

That was a great performance on both ladies. Even that little botch they had, Stephanie quickly tried to pin her to make the match look good. That's what you call experience and her biggest challenge now is learning English. She seems very intelligent to learn quickly and will take some time. She can also have a manager like how the Undertaker was a dark character and needed to speak less. Then, when Undertaker went through different changes, he didn't need a manager and spoke more. This can work in her character in development and looking forward seeing her against Giulia in a rematch on NXT.

1:19-1:25 Isla Dawn should try this move more often. While I’m impressed with Stephanie Vaques’ performance since Forbidden Door and like how she made the smart decision by joining WWE as they’ll probably make better use of her (at least in NXT) compared to AEW (TNA has their hands full in trying to pay talents to justify their ability) I’m not gonna overhype her like most hardcore fans do when a wrestler outside of the WWE does as anything can change overtime booking wise. We’ve seen it so many times to not be skeptical about it. Overall she walked in like she owned the place and owned the match. So far,I’m really impressed. As far as Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre goes they’re transitional champs at best. Their reign won’t last long.
