Hi! Just wanted to ask if you managed to break them in? I’m having the same problem as well ,, they are half a size smaller than than my normal size :/

I have sort of broken them in but I definitely don't wear them when I know I'm going to be walking the entire day yet!

A 5.5 men is actually a 7 in women- this might be why its a bit small

They are true to size. I’m a 9 and got 7.5 in mens

Like @vivi said they are true to size, I just ordered the wrong size so I’d need to go up one size or a half size depending on the style

These are on sale at urban outfitters, no postage or packing charges. I got mine for £54 and Im a UK 6 with wide feet. It fits me comfortably so id say its a bit roomier than the average shoe.

New balance have bound their own hands by having hq's in USA/UK, especially since brexit. Shipping and availability are dreadful. NB also seem to see fit that they can totally re invent shoe sizing.

I feel like the NB availability here in Canada has only been improving with the brands popularity. They retail through sites like Aritzia, Browns and Footlocker now with fairly decent selection and the New Balance Canada Website tends to have decent stock :)
