Stephen, this is a little off topic, but you know in a few hours I will listen to your new story because I have loved them all. I wanted to tell you Saturday I wrote all my friends including my six Marine Recon buddies. There were twenty five l guess that’s a good number. I told them what l thought of them how I enjoyed them,respected them and how proud l was to call them my friends 😊 it got a little heavy with my Marine friends. I have known them fifty years and there life’s were in my hands and mine in there’s. The bottom line is it was satisfying. In reality l have twenty six friends l have to add you, I’m proud to call you a friend you have helped me through some tough times and l appreciate it so much. I can smile when l wake up and you will never know what that means thanks Stephen,

I have been listening to this every night. I never make it past the beginning of the story. Thank you for doing what you do. It has made going to sleep enjoyable rather than dreadful. I thoroughly enjoy these stories about animals. It lets one use their imagination and think about all the creatures in the world who also need our help in conservation and protecting their lives. Animals are so innocent and can teach us unconditional, agape love. Their ability to care for one another without expecting anyone return. They instinctively know it’s the right thing to do to take care of their children. Animals experience love, joy, pain and a plethora of other feelings.

That is Stephan another great story. I thought I would check in and share how my falling asleep routine has changed since making this a habit . I have been doing this now for 3 months or more and it has enabled me to develop a improved bedtime routine and most impossibly find a way to relax my very busy mind. This results in me falling asleep quicker without the tossing and turning and staying asleep without the constant wake ups. I think it’s improved my nightmares and it helped me with my time adjustment and jet lag when travelling. Overall this means I’m facing a day more energised so it’s layoff is huge. Thanks so much for your efforts and I will continue to support you thanks so much.

Thank you for your sleep stories. They help me most nights to fall asleep. Would you consider doing a story of a lazy boat ride down the African Zambezi river at sunset. I did it when I was about 18 years old with family. Saw an elephant bathing and drinking at the waters edge… birds chattering before they go to sleep. I wanted to write the story one day but don’t have time at the moment. Anyways it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Thank you again for your stories.

Amazing story, as always! I love the wind down that you chose for tonight’s video. I thought it really fit! I would love love love to hear The Wizard’s Tower where we stumble across a tall wizard tower with lots of magic plants outside and a kind wizard who invites us in and makes a sleeping draught and you sleep in his spare room at the top of the tower under the stars - with rain sounds! Very specific but I hope you like my idea!❤❤❤

hi stephen. i absolutely love your stories. would it be possible to make these stories without any background music? personally i try to reduce my intake of music as much as i can due to religious reasons and it also feels a little distracting in the stories. i absolutely love falling asleep to your stories though and thankyou so much for these!!
