This song has me in absolute tears. I met my current boyfriend in my dorm building and had immediately struck up a friendship. I had immediately liked him, but I always felt like he was already someone else's. He thought the same about me. So none of us made a move for months until he asked me out. One of my close friends just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy yesterday and I couldn’t stop myself from playing this song on repeat and sobbing, thinking of her holding this baby boy that her and her husband waited and prayed for, and for her to look into that boy’s eyes and think “I was lost within the darkness, but then I found you” ahhhh. I love this beautiful melody. I recently lost my furbaby 2/3/23. Had her for almost 17 yrs on 5/7/. She was the love of my life! All these yrs i never owned a furbaby because I was afraid & heartbroken when at age 12 I lost a furbaby in my arms. It scarred me for life! Until I came across this lil fluffy white furball of a fur pup...It was then that I fell in love all over again & cried because I wanted ger so bad, but a police officer had just bought her off of someone for his wife & kids. He told me if my wife doesn't want her I will call you to let you know...I left there in tears I wanted her so bad. Towards the end of the night he kept his word to me & told me his wife didnt have time for a pup & her 4 kids. So, I hurried up & went to pick her up...I fell so much in love with her, she was such a smart lil gal & always seemed to amaze me on how intelligent she truly was. I taught her the names of her toys each time I'd buy her a new one & she always remembered their names. Fast forward to now when we just recently lost her...we had to euthanize her for old age, seizures & other health issues she was having. Its the doggy dementia that robbed her of her life! I came across this song & it reminds me soooo much of her because it was "Until I found her" that my heart was able to love another furbaby! I had alot of things happen for like 6-7 days in a row that truly let me know she crossed over safely & she had & has sent me messages that shes still around. I know she pops in from time to time because my moms furbaby barks like crazy for nothing out of the blue & its then when I know shes roaming around here visiting us. I do feel her at times & although in the spirit world we cant see our loved ones.. I know in the physical form they are bo longer here...I learned in the bible that our spirit goes out of us when we expire & continues to live on! So, I trust & believe in Gods word...therefore, I know my babygirl is still with us although we may not able to see her I continue to communicate with her & let her know how much she still loved & missed.😭 Hearing this song brought me to tears & touched me deep inside my heart! So, even though this is such a beautiful song I know I came across it for reason. I will forever miss your presence my Beautiful girl! Mommy & Daddy were left broken & since your passing we have always lite a candle in your memory & pray that we get to be with you forever on the other side.
