BenjoBanjoo it even says in article 10 of the common law that they have a negative right to freedom of expression however there’s exceptions such as threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior intending to cause harassment, alarm or distress or cause of a breach of the peace(which has used to prohibit racist speech targeted at individuals)

I actually was two years below steven in school, he was in my older cousins year and he said steven used to get bullied a good bit until he got big on KZfaq and then everyone wanted to be his friend. Glad life worked out for him cuz he really is one of the good guys.
