I really think Stephen Hendrys brilliance has been lost on younger generations of Snooker fans. I think some fans do not realise how good he actually was For me he is the greatest player ever. Ronnie O'Sullivan is perhaps the most talented and gifted player ever, but compared to Stephen Hendry he has underachieved in his career. A player with the ability of Ronnie O'Sullivan should have won 15+ World Championship titles. This is why i put Stephen Hendry above Ronnie O'Sullivan as i believe if Stephen Hendry had the same ability as Ronnie O'Sullivan he would have won so much more than he did. Perhaps because he put so much effort into being the very best is why he was unable to continue his dominance from the 90's into the 2000's.

@@caseyquirke9903 I guess it depends how you define Greatness. Ronnie O'Sullivan has played in 275 Ranking tournaments and and won 41 giving a tournament winning percentage of 14.09%. Stephen Hendry played in 251 ranking tournaments and won 36 giving a winning tournament percentage of 14.34% so Hendry is a more sucessful player. Ronnie O'Sullivan has underachieved compared to Hendry and in my view that makes Hendry a greater player.

I can't remember which final exactly but point being, the pockets were nowhere near "buckets"... they were very tight.. and you could sense a clear difference between that table and the other tables in the other room. Always be the GOAT to me! Now try to recreate each of your eleven maxis shot for shot. Doesn't even matter how many attempts each one takes, I'd never get bored watching you try haha

overrated Hahahaha what a clown, his achievements alone demonstrate that you're just here to troll, not to mention the high regard he's held in, not only by his fans, but also his peers, many of whom, that you've also disrespected, would give their right arm for a career like his. Lets not forget all the players in this day and age who have been influenced by him, and his playing style, which even brought about changes to how the game is played, and certain shots are approached. Let's all listen to some troll on KZfaq, and not understand the facts that he dominated the sport at the highest level for years, beating everyone he took on at some point, and extremly often. How do you really expect anyone to take you seriously when you're claiming he's overrated, unbelievable, and your comment lacks any credibility. You wouldn't be good enough to chalk his cue mate, and nobody can take away what the guy has achieved during his career, and is now highly regarded as a top class commentator, as well as putting out this great channel. It takes a whole lot more than just lifting the trophies to be a great champ, but it sounds like you don't have a clue. I mean, just look at the state of your comments, Would you like to point at the teddy where Stephen hurt you? Because there's one thing for sure, you're not living in the 'real world'

Plenty can play great stuff when relaxed, but the pressure is the filter in snooker.

That black was always my favourite shot of Stephen’s career. I practiced it for hours and hours. I remembering being scared he’d go in-off 😂

Hi Stephen. Great content as always. I bet some of your 188,000+ subscribers would enjoy a "reaction" video to one or two of your favourite breaks/frames. Would be great to get a play-by-play analysis on what you were thinking during some of those dramatic moments as we watch along.

For the first shot, I'd like to see you try the stupid choice of playing the blue and cue ball into the knuckle going up for the yellow

I haven't watched the video yet but two shots im pretty sure that will be in this video are....... The Brown vs Jimmy White at World Championships in 1992 when the white ball was in jaws of the pocket. And the Blue vs Steve Davis at UK Championship along the rail with the rest to signal the end of the Davis Era.
