🦷🧠 Before dental school ended, I filmed one final vlog to seal the deal. Vlogs have been a great way for me to share my dental school experiences with all of you over the years. This vlog is the end of an era. In this vlog, I bring you along with me as I navigate my final days of dental school. I bring you into the emotional weight of ending a hard for years of learning, growing, and becoming the dentist I hope to be. Your videos have been awesome and entertaining, and i know itll be rewarding for you to look back on all of these memories later on in life, because its all gone by so fast. Now I’m in my third year studying dentistry at the university of Glasgow. Time flies 🥹 So excited to see what’s next. No one does it quite like you man! hey dr ray, pre dent student here, im still shadowing dentists rn, but how do you log your hour? i cant just put on the application "trust me bro, i got these shadowing hours"

Haha great question! I kept track of my hours on an excel spreadsheet and then yeah on your application you list however many hours you did with each dentist. It’s an honors system where you put what you put and they expect you to be truthful. But if you have a lot of hours with a doctor they expect you to be able to speak about that doctor and their practice specifically. That way if you put 50 hours with one doc and you come into an interview, you’re not just like “yeah it was good I learned a lot” they need to see you learned in those 50 hours if that makes sense
