Great work ! 🎉Thank you for sharing your tips and experiences. I was close to Chiavenna in Dervio, I did run up some hills there and it was super harddddd… I am just a normal human who likes to run veryyyyy slow but I have done consistently for the last 3 years. 😅

Great helpful tips! I saw you’re doing band exercises prior to hard sessions. Is that your warm up or just when you are doing hard sessions? Thank you!

I'm at 23feet sea level. So altitude is not a problem for me. I almost wish I could do altitude training. I have a threshold run tomorrow. Cool video. Good info.

One of the things I find fascinating about you is that you're built like someone who runs 400m and 800m races. You definitely put more into your strength training program than most marathon runs seem to.

he mentioned that he cannot go down to such weight (healthily) as kenyans and other marathoners and he decided if he can't be that lean he might as well use that size and focus on strength

Last week I ran my second HM @ 5:10/Km (very hot day around 30 degrees celcius). Daniel's VDOT system maps this to 5:22/Km Marathon. Starting a training block for my first Marathon in October. Do you think it is realistic to build my training plan on 5:22/Km target pace? Or maybe is it too fast?
