Very interesting, what i undestand is 1st Even research lvl education does not equate to Ethcial principles and intellectual integrity its rather the circumstances which molds a person's character. 2nd Justifying a crime without explanation that motivated a criminal or socio-political ground realities which are overriding legitimacy of an act will leave the sociological disease which infected untreated. Perhasps if bills are passed and rethorics are shifted at these minor attributes then truly we can develop an environment which encourages objective ethical principles instead of self centered narcissism. *But thats just my humble opinion nothing else.

I felt like having no consequences for your actions is the encouragement that the person receives to do what he is doing currently. This is coming from the the thinking that when I married my husband, who was a decent guy and had a reasonable sense of responsibility and integrity when I married him but my ability to not take action/or show consequences to his wrong behaviour encouraged him more and more and more towards being irresponsible and integrity less mentality. So, I went into a cycle of me being victim and he being an abuser locked by my behaviour of inaction. So, to change it, I have to take action towards everything I feel is not right. In short, I should decide what is not tolerable for me and take necessary actions to stop it.

For me lessons could be, not to completely judge someone, problem could be very small, and after knowing more, solution will become easier, about this scammer being blessed by delhi police people (we all know how corrupt they are, but to this level is surprising) this gave better understanding that not all types scamners do for same reason, some do it for thrill, adventure and fun, some do it for money, some probably do to pass time, some seek social validation of having resources, and some are just professional criminals

I thought people should look at others with very deep view try to understand why someone is good or bad try to understand nuances of that character then they should decide whether they should go near to them kr stat away from them.

Ek uncle ji ne ek baar mujhe kaha, tum advocate criminals ko bachate ho, Tab uncle ji ko jawab diya gaya, aaj kal ke time mein kisi ko criminal banane mein kitna time lagta hai, agar ghar ki bahu naraz ho jaaye, usi waqt, saare inlaws criminal ban jaate hai and that too under abhorrent charges, may include rape, theft etc. Jooth sach to kai saal baad decide hoga. .... Accused ko represent karna sahi hai... lekin ye jaante huwe ki accused guilty hai kisi serious offence me, phir bhi usko represent karna morally sahi nahi hai.... aur client guilty hai ye jaante huwe bhi usko bachaane ke liye evidences tamper karna (like buying or threatening prosecution witness) bahut galat hai... And I am not generalizing, as I know that all advocates are not morally wrong but some of them definitely are. May Justice prevail...!!

If we want to justify, we can justify any criminal activity in this world. The things that differentiate between a good person and a bad person are these stimuli. How anyone handles it. Many people at least believe in Karma and strive to live a good life as much as possible without exploiting others.

What to do when you're boss is mentally harrassing you and his exact words " I will torture you so much that you will end up committing suicide and if you decide to do and write my name mentioning on letter that because of him I am doing this then he have enough power to not get charged for it" . I don't know what I should do and he targets me all the time and passes comments on me like why don't you call me outside work other girls do they share their personal problems with me. Also, at work he always talks with double meaning. It's only been 3 months since I joined this bank so other colleagues still look down on me. Please tell me what can be done.

Hi Sir Good morning. For GENERAL POA for selling a property. Is this POA is legally valid? Details required are PAN and ADHAAR OF the property holder and the power agent. Property details and property owner details. Other than the above whether any other documents / details required? What are the ACTS involved, especially state act? Do u have any format for POA? Ye sab chalta rehta hai, dig deeper, even the individual innocent in law commit crimes during day, and till when one is caught. Even when we buy a good from hawker, who are selling goods without license, we are abetting crime. We lawyer also harp, whait is good for our client and mellow down effect, what disfavour me. Aise logo ke liye ek gaana hai, Yaar humhari baat suno, aisa koi insan dhoondo, jisne paap na kiya ho, else why we need to pray to god to forgive, if any sin made during day. Phir unko Unglimal ki kahani sunao, even in case of confession of crime, once a criminal, not always a criminal , however one need a Lord buddha to reform without fear of sword or death with mere persuasion.

Bina license ke hawker se goods purchase karna legally wrong hai, but hamara conscience samajhta hai ki koi bada paap nahi hai.... But kisi bade criminal ko (including perpetual offender) ye jaante huwe ki wo guilty hai, fir bhi usko bachaana, according to my conscience it is very wrong.... aur client guilty hai ye jaante huwe bhi usko bachaane ke liye evidences tamper karna (like buying or threatening prosecution witness) bahut galat hai... And I am not generalizing, as I know that all advocates are not morally wrong but some of them definitely are. May Justice prevail...!!

Sir, I recently saw the trailer for the movie "Pati Patni aur Panga" & a query popped up. The boy gets sex change operation & gets converted into a girl, which then marries another man. The husband files for divorce: 1. Can this marriage be terminated on grounds of fraud. 2. Is the alimony & maintenance still payable by the husband ? 3. Can this wife accuse the husband & his family for dowry & domestic violence, looking at the fact, he was a boy before.

I'm not a legal practitioner, marriage can get registered if a transgender person recognises itself as female, then they are legally considered as females as given by NALSA judgement of 2014. Therefore, they are entitled to get married. Therefore all matrimonial laws. Following extract from Human Rights of the Third Gender in India : Beyond the Binary by Lopamudra Sengupta , "However, as Ranjita Sinha, transgender activist pointed out, there is no law that allows them to get married but transwoman marriages do not require any special law, as they marry as women under the marriage act. However, Ranjita and others are still carrying on with the movement so that transgender people can attain the right to get married under a special transgender law."

My husband and i are married since 5 years.. he has 2 flats in mumbai and pune.. pune flat has been gifted by him to his father and mumbai flat is 50% on his name and 50% on hid father name…if incase my husband dies how much ownership will i have over his total property?? And can i legally demand him to make me 50% property owner in his total property which is his father right now?

As far as I know aap apka hise ka claim kar sakte ho but aap husband ka property ka claim nhi kar sakthe aehich was gifted by his father .yes you can claim maintenance
