Hi, I would like to know, can I get an Employment visa if I have a job in the HR department of a German company? I nearly got a job but the company said the embassy doesn’t give visa to non-IT people as HR is not a highly demanding job in Germany. Is this true? What’s the law regarding this?

Hey Sandeep, Just one question... What if you have a job offer from German company in IT field. But you dont have degree. Can you still apply for german work visa on the basis of offer letter. I dont have degree but relevant 3+ exp in the field and my interview went well and im expecting offer letter anytime soon

Hello Sir, Does the Declaration letter from the employer need to be Orginal or can I send the file and ask then to fill and sign it and then I can print it out?And do we have to submit the Orginal License and the degrees to the embassy? Thank you

There are 2 types of employment forms. One is employment and the other is employment for skilled worker with vocational training. I have an offer letter from Germany. I am an architect and I have a master's degree from Germany. Which form do I have to fill in? It's not a blue card as my salary is not above the limit. Is it the employment form that has relatively less documents. Work contract with ZAV letter.

Thanks, just want to know I am getting 18l per annum here in India as a software developer. So does it worth for me to move in Germany? If yes then what will be the expected package I can think of?

Yes it’s definitely worth, under 5 years exp you can shoot for €65k annually and above 5 years €75k annually, though figures might fluctuate a bit based on your technology. For more queries, you can drop email given in my videos and their descriptions

i am electrical engineer from saurashtra university india GUJARAT & MY B E DEGREE CERTIFICATE IS Misplaced so i have apply for the same & my univercity issued as per my request & affidavit with sign of registrar & barcode also & They have attested with TRUE COPY is also signed .by registrar but there is a word on that degree CERTIFICATE "DUPLICATE" & That s why i am worried THANKS FOR THE ANSWER

Hi. My language level is B1 or above easily. But I only have A1 certificate. I don't want to appear for B1 unnecessarily if I can get a visa by demonstrating my language ability to the visa officer or sth? Is this B1 requirement absolutely necessary to be proven via a certificate only?

Sir does these Software engineer jobs have CTC included or any thing similar to that followed in India other tha tax? which will definitely reduce salary from 2300/month to 1300/month if CTC is present and tax definitely is present...So is there CTC ? so does the salary of a person has CTC+Joining bonus+Reallocation bonus+Festive bonus? so this hugely reduce salary to 14000 per year after tax reduction too, so this gives around in hand salary of around 1300 monthly issmai toh bus cheap mai rehna cheap khana or cheap living... which is very less and this much can easily be earned after 2-3 years as a waiter....main dikaat CTC se hai jo ki har Indian salary mai hoti hai as an IT guy...ye toh aap mai bhi hogi if in India and did mechatronic...toh aise mai ye tog bahut bura laga

Hi all, This is aswin from Chennai. Recently i got a job offer from Germany and looking to apply for German visa. my doubt is to book an appointment in vfs global. since iam single in subcategory what to select? 1) Employment -Bluecard,ICT,ZAV + dependents. 2 ) Employment - skilled workers. and few my friends suggest to wait sometime,till it opens for employment - bluecard + zav approval ( i.e without dependents) could you please help on this?

If you meet Bluecard requirements, add yourself in Bluecard waiting list, otherwise employment visa
