It's take only 5 minutes to install anew membrane....no complicated. Technical support needed....just press downward by slight force.it WII come out n insert new ..thin portion of membrane in housing after filling some water..that's. All

2 times in a year 1kit last upto 6 month's and depend upon the quality of water you get at ur residence.

Boyght a brand new Kent water purifier. After filtering, there is no change in the water tds. Moreover after boiling the filtered water, it leaves a white film on the utensils..

Sir uf membrane kaise nikala apne. Plastic tool se nahi nikal raha. Spoon , screwdriver bhi try kiya. Jam ho gaya hai.
