Wait. How many houses from the beach? LOL. Does the price go down by $50K the more houses between you and the shore? Hahaha. Of course this is going to be a vacation rental property. Have fun moving that two tons of wood pellets!

@@amandacollins6954 So 5? :D. I'm just glad I bought my Maine property 25 years ago. Some finance company/property rental outfit will swoop this up and work it from Memorial to Labor Day. Glad to see you back on KZfaq! This one didn't get a little salty last December did it? I bet you lost some sand from that beach though.
