this happened today with me.. I was unable to stop thinking negative thoughts even during my meditation and almost I was crying because I know this is wrong but unable to stop it. So I started watching your episode which make me feel like peaceful and make me calm in my tough time. Now I am positive and powerful. Didi Shivani For so many years I heard of you and never Paid any attention, my wife is Regular listening your beautiful talk.
