Balls mountain was actually a daily level a couple months ago

All routes in memory challenge level are the right route, a trigger blocks the end of the rest. It's meant to make ppl think that they have picked the right route everytime. It's funny tho

"That was Gaster from Undertale right?" Nope. Entirely different thing. It's called a Uboa, part of an easter egg from an old game called Yume Nikki. It's appearance is described as a blend of the old Greek comedy / tragedy masks. The easter egg is triggered by turning the lights in a certain room on and off again, while leaving the room or waiting 5 seconds between flipping the light switch if the easter egg is not triggered. There is a 1.56% chance that the Uboa will appear in the center of the room behind you. You are no longer able to exit the room after the Uboa appears. While the Uboa is in the room, the background music will change to an alarming, filtered noise that sounds like a very edited, echoed screaming. (Seeing as Yume Nikki itself has been described as psychological horror blended with an indie adventure game.) If one is to walk towards and interact with the Uboa, they are teleported to a disturbing, monochrome land with hills in the background, and a massive, amorphous, _eternally smiling_ decorative NPC that is always grabbing at the hills. There is no background music here. Only striking, eerie sound effects with seconds of pure silence that feel like they drag on. Walking through this land causes the sound effect for Madotsuki -- the character controlled by the player, that is -- walking on some kind of water like substance. The only way to leave this area is to "pinch" Madotuski awake (as most of the game deals with her dreams.) or use an effect that teleports the player to a new location without the effects of the "pinch." (I've never played Yume Nikki personally but the pinch seems to be a last resort, Super Paper Mario return pipe sort of thing, which exits the level entirely.)

The 1:40 death screen I'm pretty sure refers not to Gaster, but to Uboa. It's a weird and bizarre easter egg in an already weird horror game Yume Nikki. I can definitely recommend the game but it's extremely odd. I guess that's what happens when you go for a nightmare theme in any game. Edit: also I think the whole level is meant to convey the weird feeling the game conveyed, especially since the song is literally in the ost.

The first level is based off of an RPGMaker game called "Yume Nikki". Each of the sections is based off of different worlds from the game.
