I listen to this song when I get really down. My ex took my 3 year old daughter 300 miles away. I miss her every minute of the day. My ex won't let me talk or see my daughter. My life means nothing without my princess. Every second of every day is a struggle. I feel like no one knows the pain I go through, yet to tell total strangers how I feel is like a weight lifted from my shoulders. Thank you for reading this. I love my daughter.

@@windigglesUK my daughter is 3 in 3 days time, I've never seen her, my ex accused me of all sorts which was all lies which tells me she only used me for a child then left, I've been drinking myself to death for the last 3 years, songs like this give me false hope but make me feel something nothing else could, I'm so happy you get to see your little princess.

On a positive note, I now have regular conversations with my daughter via Skype and FaceTime. It's not the same as a hug but it's still very special. This song is unbelievable. It is one song that can make me cry no matter what. I listened to it to test if I was over a bad time in my life, I bawled my eyes out at the scene when the woman and child were off in the air. The intro part to this song haunted one of my dreams, it was amplified by a lot in my mind after a bad dream waking me up in pitch black breathing heavily. The dream was about me losing my girlfriend initially, then I lost my whole family. It means nothing if I haven't got you.

We lost our Daughter at nine years of age she had a terminal and incurable illness, we brought our Daughter into this world, I laid with her as she took her last breath leaving this world. Everything thereof meant nothing without her, this song struck a chord, 10 years on this song makes me cry.

Did we lose ourselves again? Do we take in what's been said? Do we take the time to be All the things we said we'd be And we bury heads in sand But my future's in my hands It means nothing It means nothing You can find yourself a God Believe in which one you want 'Cause they love you all the same They just go by different names When we fly our flag today Are you proud or just ashamed? It means nothing It means nothing It means nothing It means nothing It means nothing If I haven't got you If I haven't got you If I haven't got you If I haven't got you And the sun sets in the sky You're the apple of my eye If the bomb goes off again In my brain or on the train I hope that I'm with you 'Cause I wouldn't know what to do It means nothing It means nothing It means nothing It means nothing It means nothing If I haven't got you If I haven't got you If I haven't got you If I haven't got you If I haven't got you You, you Oh,
