Like the blockbuster movie, the Jurassic Park pinball experience generates heart-pounding excitement as the player progresses through the game. As the game starts, the player is transported to Isla Nublar, an amusement park where escaped dinosaurs are running amok! The player’s mission is to rescue park staff and recapture dinosaurs from the chaotic environment unleashed by Dennis Nedry’s computer virus. All dinosaurs, however, are not created equal as players will battle Raptors and the mighty T. Rex! The game immerses players in the fun world of battling dinosaurs in an action-packed adventure filled with twists and turns.

Nothing tied to the movies at all except for the logo, and some John Williams music. Stern could have had another Star Wars on their hands but they cheaped out on the theme.

I would suggest focusing on solenoids and making each one have a different sound and make it sound like a melody if the user can hit the ball just right. Something like the dance dance revolution games but wherever the pinball hits plays a chime. You can have tons of chimess and sounds to make it awesome. Maybe this idea sucks but try to imagine it with a song you like without vocals. Then imagine that song scrambled throughout solinodes and other board chimes

I have always wondered why there has never been a pinball dedicated to Michael Jackson. Moonwalker, the movie, was perfect for that in the 80's.

I dont understand why everytime the Ball cagerails must be from stainless steel??? Jurassic Park is a best example why dont do it in green or brown that looks like branch of the jungle trees!!! and the standard screws/bolts/nuts/spacer in metall colour is absloute no go you have wonderful paint/print background/decor and how the installed? with shining silver/chrome screws, why you dont anodived screws in same colour or take black scroew whos less vissible... I dont know thats so much possible but everytime any movies and same build up :((( why not vertical pinball area on the display area too?

Looks fun and all, but I am disappointed we're rehashing Jurassic Park again. I realize the main buyers here are "current middle to upper-middle class men" but at some point we have to stop relying on bands, TV shows, and movies from around the year I was born (I'm 27) if we want to keep the hobby interesting to new people.

So many "themes" that have never been made.. And yet Stern chooses to remake a theme that already exists.. And not have any clips from the film, speech from the film, music from the film, or likenesses of the actors.. Not even a likeness of the vehicles in the film.. Its basically a generic dinosaur game.. I dont get it.. I own an original Data East JP.. And cant see me ever selling it to buy this version.. I have a Stern Ghostbusters (with Mudflap sound file) and love it.. Reflects the film its based on.. But this.. ?!

Lol there actually 2 other Jurassic Park pins. So now there will be 3 JP pins while there are SO many other themes out there. But wait, the 3rd Elvira is on its way! Just in time for the last person who remembers her to go senile!

Oof, the voice acting is really bad. It's funny, the general layout is very similar to the original Data East JP machine, which I own. The T-Rex mech is in the same upper left corner (and the old T-Rex would eat the ball and turn side to side as well), the ramp on the right is in the same spot, and there's the same upper right flipper. I'm disappointed there's no JP gate at all on this version. The Data East JP gate was pretty crappy-looking, but at least it exists, and is easily modified with a more realistic one.

I'd like to see Back to the Future remade, but by Jersey Jack not Stern. Don't get me wrong I own Stern machines, but JJP is the best! Stern's employees are in it for a paycheck while JJP employees are pinball enthusiast and you can tell the difference in quality!!!!

Sorry, maybe the table is worth a play, but it doesn't look and feel right. Besides the logo and map there are no iconic graphics and figures, which reminds you of the real movie: No JP Gate, the wrong Jeep (not in the movies at all!!), bad Nedry picture, no visitor venter and the T-Rex got the wrong colour! This one is definitly not made by people, who know the film(s).. A pitty..

It would have been a fine table without the licencing. But printing a licence plate on it doesn't justify to live in the Jurassic Park franchise..

Rite! Even the colors are strange.. the new black knight looks way off. You would think it would be evil looking but it comes off looking like some 5 year old did the color scheme
