I love how they go from sneaking around committing petty theft, with Alex being incredibly nervous about the whole thing, to straight up raiding the village in the most unsubtle way possible and Alex enjoying every second of it. XD

Love the way Alex gets more and more into it as the video progresses. And the building demolition sounds were on point, particularly when paired with the colors of Steve and Alex's shirts as they zoom around.

They should make an update where there’s types of villages. There's probably a mod similar to this but i’ma give my ideas anyway. A) basically the villages we have now where they don't care if you ‘borrow’ their stuff. B) A village with walls (maybe called a ‘town’) where you have to be more careful. Essentially, if they catch you stealing their stuff or causing collateral damage (maybe you can cause a ‘distraction’ when no-one’s looking like set fire to a house in the alleyway (which opens up the possibility of fire-people who put out fires and can do the same to your house) and do what you want when they’re not looking. This kind of village also has more guard mobs that work alongside golems. Essentially, they incapacitate you and teleport to the town jail, where a special chest holds all your stuff (even that which isn’t in your inventory) but you can only access what can pay the fine it takes to get out, or if you’re patient wait it out. You can escape, but then you have to get your stuff back later from the jail. Come to think of it, maybe a type of pillager can be added that mines under and through walls... and if you kill all the guards the alternative is an angry mob. C) The biggest kind. A castle. Essentially, you have to either bribe the guards to get in or have a seal from a Village or town mayor or the lord of another castle which you can either trade for or get from saving the village/town/castle from pillagers. You can trade with people here as well, but for really unique and/or good stuff. But if you get caught attacking someone, breaking something or stealing stuff, the guards will attack you and haul you before the castle Lord, and you get thrown in the dungeon, pay a heavy fine or do tasks to win your freedom/pardon where guards follow you around. Oh, and each type of villager living place has better stuff. Hope you like my ideas!

I've recently done this thing where I always plant back crops I've taken and also leave something behind in the chests that I've taken as some sort of peace offering for what I've taken. Would be really nice if villages could actually defend themselves and grow over time. Also have trained solders patrolling to help detour this sort of behavior. Be funny if the soldiers killed the player then caused their spawn to be moved to the village jail that forces the player to gather resources for the village to pay back the harm they've done.

You know it would be real cool if the Villagers could get angry when they see you steal their stuff or murder their Golems, lowering your karma with consequences such as refusing to trade with you or spawning Golems to attack you. Don't know how Mojang is going to implement that though.
