I was fired by the director of my department a black guy named Will. The company plan was to shutting down operations at the plant and we all knew it was coming. Will called me in his office told me to sit down which I did and began telling me what a great job I did, how thankful he was for the support to the department and company and began reciting a laundry list of platitudes praising me. This went on for a few minutes when I interrupted him and said: Will, I know why I'm here, you have to let me go and it's not personal it's business. He looked down then looked me in the eyes and said yes, I have to let you go. I stood up, shook his hand and wished him good luck knowing that the end was near for him too. He was a really decent guy and a great boss.

I had a black friend/coworker of mine get fired 2 years ago and he took off his uniform right there in the office and threw it at them !!! HAHAHAHA !!!

In 2005, my staff was 98% Black, I had to fire a few employees; I always made sure that I had their final paycheck in hand and that corporate was on board with documentation. The cultural differences are fucken hilarious. I'm a white guy who was fired by a black guy a few years ago. I deserved to be fired because I walked off the job in a temper tantrum because he didn't buy me a mechanic's creeper fast enough, as far as I was concerned (lol). I was TOTALLY in the wrong. When I went back to get my cheque a week later and walked into his office he was there - after hours - with a bunch of his friends. They were drinking beer and smoking a blunt. When I walked in all serious yet apologetic and still expecting a confrontation he leaned back and laughed at me - hard, and so did his friends - and I mean a hard laugh, so I couldn't help but settle down. They laughed at me like you guys do in this videos. I ended up getting offered another, better job with his company. Fuck, life is good. You boys are so great. Love your reactions.
