Most people can't get through the failure and give up. If you have passion for what you are doing, you will never give up, even if you never succeed. Look at many high powered executives/CEO's. Most of these people work these jobs till they keel over, they are rich enough they could have retired 20 years ago, but they keep going. They have passion for what they are doing. Even though they could retire to a beach, they keep doing it. The reality is, most people are just worker bees. That isn't a knock, the world needs worker bees and it ain't like you can't get wealthy being one. With that said, most people are just putting in their time till they can retire comfortably. They may fantasize about helming a start up, may even give it the old college try. But their passions and goals are off, they are in it for the wrong reasons. All you people saying you want to be like Jobs. How many of you REALLY have passion for the work and how many of you, the real motivation lies in the image, the celebrity and wealth?
