In 1998 I was told by a phone executive that all emails coming in and going out of a city were recorded by the gov on hard drives. At that time they could store three months worth. They had no way of searching these- but if you or someone you know did something bad they could search all the emails connected to that person. This was in 1998- so imagine what they can do now...

And every app you download all say that once you download their app they control your texts, pics, emails, phone conversations etc, and can edit them however they want .......and these things are admissable in court. Start reading the user agreements if you don't believe it

My question is, would they be able to access camera records of that EXACT moment(s) to actually see like “Oh this person set their phone down and walked away” or “this one was watching intently, taking notes etc.” lol. Because in a way that almost nullifies anyone who ‘watched’ the video who really didn’t; even though it’s f***ed that they can even have access to either of those things without a warrant in the first place, but that’s neither here nor there, I suppose. Edited to add: oh well, I suppose we’ll all know in like 20 years time when things are either declassified or whistleblowers have come out enough of them enough times to put pictures of the story together 😅😅

A close friend of mine found out the hard way that law enforcement and the legal system aren’t going after real criminals who actually go and deliberately commit real crimes but instead anyone that’s a vulnerable “easy mark.” She made a genuine mistake while driving-misjudged how tired she was after work. Nobody got hurt including her because she was abiding by the speed limit and nothing got damaged except her car and the tree she accidentally crashed into. She was honest and humble when the cops showed up, but they still took her to court six months later when she didn’t have a job anymore. Everything about the car was fully legal, they even said she cooperated with the police in court, but they still put points on her license and pushed her into destitution by fining her. She was an easy mark, a helpless target and the legal system fleeced her good.

@@mikoto7693 Yeah it took me awhile to realize how absolutely filthy the cops are around here. I finally figured it out, and got pulled over for a tag light few months ago. BS stop to go fishing is all it is. Really annoyed me, I guess it hurt the cop's feelings because I wasn't intimidated by him or being all haha with him. It escalated very quickly on his part due to his ego, and I pushed a bit. If I would've a camera-hidden of course, they see it they'd damage it, I would've let it ride all the way to him arresting me on bs charges, and probably would've injured me as well claiming I resisted. But then I had a vision of him tossing drugs in my car and without any proof he did it, I'd be done. So I backed down, and that pissed me off, but ehh he can have the battle win. I'm getting a camera for my car to be prepared for the next run in. I'd advise everyone to do so, because law enforcement is just dirty anymore and their egos are off the charts. Good and decent cops are pushed out. Court systems are no better.

@@mikoto7693 well all criminals are real , guessing you meant the really bad ones. she is a criminal by her negligence. the act of hitting a tree or someone is solely pure luck , a person hitting and killing someone instead of a tree is not worse he was just unlucky. our laws are weird they have a chance component to it and that's wrong imo. i think we should treat hitting a tree or anything else the same has hitting someone in a case like this when it could have being anything. of course i only mean in similar situations when its involuntary accidents caused by negligence. we already arrest people drinking and driving before they hit anything so not sure why this is different.

The feds created a "honeypot" with the videos, sharing them to the suspect on Reddit & social media so he would watch them. Then they wait & give Google a court order to get all the names, addresses, IP addresses, etc of those who watch the video during a specific time frame - so they can try to narrow down who the suspect is.

What do your teachers tell you they are working on for the future? I had a college prof who was on the joint chiefs of staff (some group like that made up of military folk) repping the air force. Want to know what he told me? This is way back in the early 90s. I said how good are the satellites as he walked out of the auditorium. He said you could a golf ball space. Maybe he said Now he might have been over exaggerating. He repped the international department and students. Everyone would ask me if I had been to house invited to his house yet? Evidently it was awesome partying. Though he was a old man. Geee wonder if he wasn’t targeting people? Not me though. I never got an invite. Lol. Another prof tried to encourage us to go into micro biology and he was doing great stuff engineering wheat to be so plump in Africa. Imagine what they can create now with understanding the dna strand. And finally there was this guy who said we are going to search for dark energy or dark matter…can’t remember..and just a tea spoon of it could power the earth for like way over I think he said 1000 years. Now then if those things were being said in public less seeing the golf ball from space. That was told to me as an aside…What do your teachers tell you today they are working on for the future?

My mom was on a jury for a man and wife charged with illegally growing marijuana. The prosecution introduced a book that was taken from their house by DEA agents. The book was about growing pot indoors under lights. So the jurors requested to see all the other books taken from their house. The prosecution brought in several boxes, and the jurors found a Bible, some cookbooks, novels, and children’s books. When the jurors realized that the couple had young children, they decided to find them “not guilty” because some didn’t think the kids should have their parents sent to prison just over pot, and also some jurors felt that people shouldn’t be presumed guilty of a crime based on books that they have in their home.

It sounds like a 4th amendment violation of searching without a warrant of people who are not directly suspected of a crime. It's one thing to say hey these specific people we believe and therefor want information. Its another to create thousands or millions of (article 18 section 242) violations. By stomping on their rights. Its a shameful act that they take pride in.

@@timetraveler_0 I actually can't believe this would be a tactic of the FBI... If the person was actually a 'bad guy' with any amount of brain cells, they would not be watching the video while logged in and ideally would be on a standardized VM and using a VPN. So even if google does give up all the data and the person did open the video, the likelyhood they will find anything is still low. Surely, if they had direct contact with the person and could send them links, they could have done better than uploading on YT and then subpoenaing Google lol

They can also get YTube to fully reveal all of your followers, favorite channels, watch history, comments, alt accounts, and live chat messages, without a warrant. Don't ask me how I know this. They can even delete comments they don't like. Elon Musk revealed similar FBI backdoor abilities on Twitter when he leaked TwitterGate.

I didn’t even need to know what it was for because I already knew I was on there many years ago. Pretty sure at this point we’re all on the list for something. They can’t take us all. To add to that, they don’t need search warrants for this crap anyways. They can get what they want without it. They have ways. You can’t do much scratch your butt in the privacy of their own home without them knowing because they have their ways. The hilarious part is that we still think we actually still have privacy or that they are actually think we are that interesting enough to even be watched all the time. They don’t care about the everyday boring people, but do have the technology to weed out the good/bad ones to find what they’re looking for anyways.
