Steve Wynn was the man who awarded Buster Douglas a 24 million dollar payday to defend his titles against Evander Holyfield after his unexpected upset victory over Mike Tyson in Tokyo. After the Holyfield-Douglas fight, Steve Wynn vented his frustration. The origin of his frustration was the result of Buster coming into the fight unprepared and out of shape. Here's one of his quotes after the fight. "We compliment Evander Holyfield for coming into the ring well-prepared. However, our attitude is that fight purses should be more along the lines of winner-take-all, so that the only incentive is for victory."
