If you have been playing guitar for a while, it becomes pretty obvious if someone is faking it. I was sold the second I saw his guitar face, it was too genuine. For anyone who doesn't play I can only explain it as when you're playing and you're getting into the grove of the song and you know you're killing it, you just can't help but pull these funny faces because sometimes hitting an accentuated note is as satisfying as an orgasm. His guitar stand also shows in a way how genuine he is, he's obviously used that stand to rehearse like crazy so he can go between his dancing and shredding as seamlessly as he does. As a guitarist and a bit of an elitist when it comes to music I salute this man, his act is cool and different and he's very talented, and as Stevie said, he does look good in a dress haha

Not true but there is always a couple they always make it past the first round after that, the weak are weeded out. It's actually one of the few shows that isn't fake and the winner isn't pre decided.

He messed up slightly on the tapping part, which made me believe that his playing was real. Why would you guifake that? I'm more surprised he didn't mess up more than that! Running around that stage, that tricky singing, then playing the guitar in what looks like an uncomfortable way. No wonder why he's got those muscles
