I was mesmerized by her. 1977,Miami & the 1st time I saw them in concert. The entire stage filled up with smoke, Rhiannon was blasting & she came swirling onto the stage all in black with a top hat. I was in front looking up at her and she smiled our way. I have never been so speechless as in that moment. Rock on sweet sister.

@@ConqueringWeightLoss No it was the Miami baseball stadium. We didn't even have a mlb team then. It was for the UM team. It was in the middle of lttle Havana, they tore it down. It was pretty big, they had the best concerts there! Pink Floyd,Steve Miller, Journey etc. It was great because it was outside, hot as hell in the summer w/everybody packed in there.

Her natural look was what I wanted. I have my rumors album, signed by her. I treasure it. Hey guys, you should have seen her in person. Yeah. BEAUTIFUL. And really nice too. Stevie Nicks is such a unique, talented woman. I was born in 1983 so naturally, I grew up with her music. One of my first records was a Stevie Nicks 45rpm with the song "I can't wait." I used to play that record nonstop while standing on a kitchen chair, dancing and singing...pretending I was on stage. I even recall using our stairs as a stage prop like the video to that song...totally memory unlocked.

A: It's hard for a musician to get into the hall of fame. It's no wonder Lindsay Buckingham was so bitter (Listen to 'Go Your Own Way') after he put his neck on the line to get her the Fleetwood Mac gig. Apparently Nix used to tell him her days were "lonely" (see lyrics) after they joined FM because he was so busy writing music while all she wanted to do was 'party'.

My partner has ALWAYS been as passionate about her as you, and she always dreamed of meeting her. Stevie had a concert and I managed to get us 5th row tickets. I told her I was going to push her when it was time for her to rush the stage. The highlight of her life was Stevie reaching down and touching her hand. She told Stevie she always loved her and Stevie smiled, clasped her hand and said very sincerely "Oh, thank you so much." She still talks about it and it's been quite a few years. She said she was never going to wash her hand again. I truly hope you get your chance. 🤗

The extremely intense version of Rhiannon which is the Rosebud version which in opinion is one of the greatest live performances EVER was when she was high on coke plus the ENTIRE band!! Regardless, it is an amazing performance and the music by the band stands the test of time.

I find it a very relaxed interview, made around a time when one respected and listened to eachother. Nowadays it's all about blahblah blah, interruptions and no listening to eachother. Like Stevie once said in an interview: "I think that people and children are ruined because manners are gone." - "Nowadays ppl are just sit around and text, I think it's obnoxious". - "Turn off the phone, I want just an hour of just you and your heart". - "It's love and relationships, I don't want them to be lost and I feel that's what's happening now... ". She has a point there. She is truly inspiring me, esp during my dark days now, as me and my partner just broke up (first time in my life)💔. So now I understand how she must have been felt.

I was at the US Festival in San Bernardino, CA, in 1982. Fleetwood Mac came on, but there was no Stevie Nicks. One of the band members said she had gotten into the champagne. She did finally come on stage, but had the giggles so bad she couldn't sing. She finally got into it and I got to hear one of the greatest voices in rock history.
