In 1981, six years after joining Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks went solo for the first time with her debut album ‘Bella Donna’. A massive success, it sold more than five million copies in the U.S., topped the album charts and produced four hit singles, including her signature anthem, "Edge Of Seventeen." More platinum albums followed - ‘The Wild Heart’ (1983), ‘Rock A Little’ (1985), and ‘The Other Side Of The Mirror’ (1989).
In 2019, Stevie Nicks made history by becoming the first female artist inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice - first as a member of Fleetwood Mac in 1998, and most recently in recognition of an extraordinary solo career that spans nearly 40 years.

Really! Whole band has those joyful facial expressions despite personal or personnel issues. Stevie Nicks, and all Fleetwood Mac members represented the era of peace and love very well! @@brucetaylor5800 Well it is true that she doesn’t have a large vocal range and never did, but she never needed one. She pours her heart out into every note she sings and it’s that intensity and vulnerability behind her impassioned vocals that has captivated people all these years. She’s a storyteller through and through; high notes be damned! :)

I've been a huge Stevie Nicks fan since she first appeared as a member of Fleetwood Mac. When Stevie started her solo career I immediately went to the music store and picked up a copy of Bella Donna. Her albums, The Wild Heart and Rock a Little remain two of my favorite albums of all time. Stevie is not only one of the best female vocalists in Rock history, her song writing is masterful! This is one of the best live performances I've ever watched be it on KZfaq or live. I've been to 6 of Stevie's concerts. We all know there are artists that are just not that great out of the studio, but that doesn't apply to Stevie Nicks, this woman Rocks in or out of the studio!

In life if you can see and feel the new magic that you have discovered/Visualized/felt it give you chills..all beause of this mystical mysterious timeless gypsy, then you too have the "gift" of magic. Just harness it in your way, not hers. Let her inspire you to the core but do it with your own spin on it. I am 40 and her voice is more soothing than my own mother's. Sorry but true. She is a poet and writes about her life. And the only one thing that amplifies her essence is that we all can relate to her songs. Oh, this is rare..KZfaq Stevie Nicks Smile at you ANGRY VERSION. That wouldn’t be very original or unique if every artist tried to do exactly what Stevie does. A few of the recent covers of this song are quite beautiful. However, here we find the original musical artist vibrantly dancing on silver clouds no other angel may own. An anointed spirit delivers a lyrical message that implores poets of heaven's antiquity to admit what they set in motion, the sound of the Gods of thunder and love above. And so it appears here below.
