Thank you for compiling this very special collection of clips to this demo of "Storms" from the "Expanded Tusk" CD (2004 Reprise/Warner Bros.) Always been a favorite song of mine since 1979. She performed it live on the road during the "Unleashed" Fleetwood Mac tour this past summer. Timeless and haunting as the author.

Ms.Nicks has delivered and defined the basic element of human life to everyone ..love..the feeling that ,as far as we know, only human beings can have.This song portrays the human condition..storms.. and the way to deal with them..love.. So simple..so true..

My favorite song of Tusk... I can relate to her pain... Loss is part of life and makes you appreciate what you have had.
@plantium100011 жыл бұрын
Love this song,, easy to relate to and yes this song is from the "Tusk" album which I thought was a great album, kinda sad, and the lyrics to all the songs seemed so real, like you knew they were going through some heavy stuff. Her vocals are always beautiful because she sings with her soul , yet on this particular album I thought there were some extraordinary, deep, and beautiful songs she sang that did not get enough recognition for me peonally, also in this video she is singing "Dreams"

pretty sure this is a rough mix of the basic tracks used....with the final mix pulling away some of the lead guitar and ALL of the drums except for the kick drum. additional vocals were added, harmonies and such. on final listen, the lead vocal isn't entirely true to the final mix. anyway......
