Stevo’s dad is so kind and so polite. A very patient teacher. The English language is not a phonetic language. It only has 26 alphabets but has 44 sounds or phonemes that can blend together to make different sounds to a word.

Stevo's father is fabulous. Please have him over again. Secondly, he's so authentic and natural. I like it very much. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has several towns named after all those places that you mentioned. Great and genuine! Truly appreciative of your effort.

However in North America often they are pronouced differently eg Derby not Darby as in Kentucky Derby, Kes wick not Kesick

我以前識得個英國既老人家好鬼馬，老頑童咁，喺佢身上學識好多野，學識做人要豁達唔好咁執着，學識整蠱人唔好內疚，被整蠱又唔好介意，佢教識我快樂最緊要係個心態，苦又好甜又好，要學會enjoy

I think the important rule is to pronounce the way the locals do. I live in Bracknell in Berkshire. It's definitely "bark"-shire. 😅
