Do you add the flour to the chicken as you are washing it out, do you need to roast if chicken is store bought instead of fresh?

He is very well into his flavors and knows what he is talking about. Although a lot of people won't understand. I totally get it with the ketchup because I chopped up tomato and add to ku ketchup so it's more tart and it makes a huge difference also I totally get what he's saying about the thick sauce it does something

This is an interesting adaptation to stew chicken, one I am willing to try. But I may have missed a part. It appears as if the chicken was roasted prior to adding the seasonings? How long was the chicken roasted? Could you explain further cleaning the chicken with flour? That is new to me also. I have to have a chat with my Trini friends. Luv from🇧🇧

Okay how to start. This is one of my favorite combination as a dish. The food looks tasty! The chicken has a nice color as well. I for one know it tastes pretty good because I stew with oyster sauce at times. However I have never tried the seasoning directly into the sugar. I add my meat as the sugar is caramelized to my preference. I started back grinning as I was about to comment this piece! 'You know way my mouth was?' Lmaoooo. 😂😂😂 Honestly thats one of my pet peeve where persons taste test by placing the spoon in their mouths and after adding it back to the pot. I have seen it happen already. They dont put it aside. Is the same spoon 😒
